Get the old world pizza, great sauce and crust! It's our new favorite in Grove City. And there's a lot of great pizza in Grove City!

I thought this was a chain, but this pie is way different than the Refugee location. Killer old world peperoni, nice sausage, and creamy cheese. You also gets lots of sauce which I like a lot, however, it is a little spicy for pizza sauce. My pep and sausage was somewhat greasy though, but over all, tasted great. Im a fan.

Never again, The owner was so busy bashing her employees that she didn't bother to wash her hands after she got off of the telephone. She dipped her long finger nails into the cheese, lettuce and tomato an casually built my sandwich. Yuck. Haven't been back since.

Really good Pizza love the old world small pepperonis. Reasonable prices and fast delivery. Great sauce, crust just right....cooked to order !!! Not real fond of the Subs.. The Bun needs an upgrade (Audino's Buns would make the sub a ten)

Good food at a decent price. Not a local joint, cardo's is a chain. 6 two person tables fill up fast on Friday night so call ahead and take home. If you like this you'll probably also like Tammy's pizza (a local place)

Due to my 6+ years in the pizza biz, I like to think I know a few things about pizza and the ordering process. With that said, let's move on to the review. I was looking for something a little different. Yeah, sure, I FREAKIN' LOVE Tammy's, but ya know, I like to mix it up every once in a while and try some new pies! So my sister and I thought we'd try Cardo's Pizza which recently opened up right next door (within a 60 second walking distance) to where we live. My father suggested them awhile back and since they were so close, there was no reason to not give them a try When my sister called them to place a carry-out order, she ran into a little difficulty with the employee on the other. First, she was accidentally hung up on (ain't no thing, but still), then she had to basically insist on paying over the phone with her card. To me, that seems a little odd. She was told the order would be ready in approximately 25 minutes. 25 minutes go by and I truck myself on over there to pick up our order of a Large light pepperoni pizza (my sister doesn't like a lot of pepp on her pies) and some cheesy garlic bread. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was how absolutely barren the place looked. You could definitely tell they just opened. It's cute, but they really need to start thinking about making the place look (and feel, see below) friendlier. They are on the right track with the Indiana Jones Pinball machine, and the television, but the owner needs to really learn how not to yell at her employees when the customers have the entire shop in view. Since they just opened, it would be understandable that they don't have all the kinks ironed out yet, but man, pull your employees aside or to someplace more private to angrily critique them. Anywho, I told the young girl I was there for a pick-up order and after reviewing a few tickets, she told me it would be a few more minutes. Okay, sure, that just means I'll have a fresh, piping hot pie to eat. Well, I sat down and waited approximately 6-8 more minutes. I was beginning to get impatient because the owner opened the oven several times, and I never saw a large pepperoni in there. Eventually, another young miss came up to me and asked me the name on my order. I told her and she went to the top of their oven (where they apparently keep their orders warm for you), and presented me with my order. I was a little irritated to discover my order had been ready the entire time I had been there, but whatever, my time in the depressing place was over. I got the pie home in less than a minute and my sister and I dug in. First we noticed that there was WAY too much sauce on the pizza. It was definitely light pepperoni, so we are okay there, but it could have used a bit more cooking time and a little more cheese. The flavor was there, it's not a bad pie, but the overall experience led me to this two star review. Hopefully in a few months, they will have ironed out all of the kinks, and I can review them again and give them more stars. We will just have to wait and see!
